Don't be a stranger and do get in touch if you have any questions regarding an order or complaints (or praise for that matter). You can always send an e-mail to email@example.com or use the contact form.
Please know that it's the same people answering e-mails that're also making the leather goods. We try to be efficient, but please have some patience.
The workmanship on all Simon Tuntelder products is guaranteed. If a defect is found it will either be repaired, replaced or refunded. Defects due to use can in most cases be repaired for a minimal fee. The fee is case based.
It should be mentioned that every device screen depict colours differently, therefore exact colours can't be guaranteed. However every effort to describe the product wholly and accurately in words and pictures will be done. All Simon Tuntelder products are truly handmade in the word's most honest sense and no two hides are identical because it is a natural material, so please expect small variations from piece to piece.
Shipping and handling
We ship worldwide.
Please allow for 1-3 business days for stock items to ship. Products that are out of stock or custom orders may take between 3 days and 2 weeks to ship depending on the volume of work at the date of the order.
If you need an order quickly or within a certain time frame, do let us know, and we'll see what we can do to accommodate you, but make sure to mention it.
Shipping prices are based on the weight of the order and all parcels are handled by the Danish Postal Service, which has proven to be extremely efficient and reliable.
If you wish to use a different courier service like UPS or Fedex, do let us know, however the extra shipping costs will be at your expense.
Please keep in mind that shipping time and the time that your local custom office might use to handle the parcel, is out of our hands.
After placing an order a shipping confirmation will be sent to you, once the order has been dispatched. If you want to check the status of your order, please use the contact form.
Before returning an order or part of an order, please get in touch via the contact form and make sure that it is in fact qualified for a return.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- If an item has not been used. Leather goods will last a long time, but they wear in quickly (used leather goods can't be re-sold).
- If there is an obvious flaw in the craftsmanship that affects the use
- If an item is sent back within 14 days of delivery
Returns are NOT accepted under the following conditions:
- If an item is custom made - unless any obvious faults have been made on our behalf
- If an item has been monogrammed or personalized in any other way
- If an item has been used or misused
- If an item is on sale - unless it's proven faulty

Upon receipt the return order will be inspected and if it proves to be OK, a refund will be issued. Please be aware that shipping costs and credit card/paypal fees are non-refundable
Payment via credit card (using Stripe) or paypal are accepted.
What many may not know, is that you can actually pay via credit card through Paypal, if you just pick "Pay with a debit or credit card..." just below the regular login box. If you have an account, then you already know how easy it is.
Customers outside of the EU can deduct 25 % of the listed sales price, as that is the Danish VAT/sales tax.
For International customers: Credit card and Paypal are the only accepted forms of payment. Other terms apply for wholesale customers.
For Danish customers: Credit card, Paypal and Bank transfer are the only accepted forms of payment. We do also accept also accept MobilePay, but it isn't integrated in the webshop.
